In the meantime, we would like to share one of the results of a third-party survey by Quantium Inc. in late 2005 of 33 current and past clients, and regulator agency staff. Of the 33 individuals surveyed, 27 responded to the question “Using a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent), overall how does Arcas rate compared to other similar firms that you deal with?” Their response was as average score of 4.3 out of 5.0, as follows:

We are very gratified with the results of the survey but see room for doing even better. We thank all of our past and current clients, as well as regulatory agency personnel, who participated in the survey. As part of the survey they generously gave us detailed feedback on different aspects of our performance that will support us in our commitment to continuous improvement in everything we do.
