As part our strategic planning process, the staff at Arcas adopted a Mission Statement that says who we are, how we go about our business, and what you can count on us for.
Arcas Mission
Our purpose is to promote stewardship of archaeological sites and advance understanding of the human past by providing private sector, First Nations and government with quality cultural heritage services, innovative and practical management solutions, and reliable advice based on our extensive experience and training. We achieve our mission through:
- Hiring and developing staff who bring expertise, experience and professionalism to their work;
- Listening to and understanding the needs of clients, First Nations and regulatory agencies, thereby building positive and responsive relationships;
- Delivering reliable, quality work, on time and on budget;
- Focusing on communication and continuous improvement in everything we do; and
- Operating with integrity, respect, and honesty in all aspects of our business.
